About Rispaa

Rispaa is the alias of Dante Anthony Taj Barnes, a 25-year-old experimental EDM producer from Minnesota, USA. Since 2017 he has been crafting music that blends ambient textures, glitchy rhythms and subtle classical influences.

Inspired by visionary artists like feryquitous, Nhato, Harito, and the Japanese doujin music scene, Rispaa’s work explores raw emotion through intricate sound design and expressive composition. His debut EP Intermission (2022) showcases the first milestone of this evolving journey.

When not producing, he engages with his community on Discord. His mission: create immersive worlds where listeners can lose themselves, heal and feel understood.
